He has associated with organisations of repute like ITC, Rasna, Smitkline Beecham, Hamdard, Balsara, Dr. Morepan, Amway and SRL – to name a few. He has worked extensively on categories like healthcare, tobacco, stationary, beverages, personal care, OTC, confectionary, etc.

Arshad is also adept in developing and streamlining systems with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meeting operational goals with cost, time and quality parameters.

He is a graduate in Commerce with a Management Degree in Marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad

Shahzad is seasoned sales leader with more than 20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Channel& Key Account Management in the FMCG/OTC /Mobile accessories sector. He has served senior leadership roles at a number of organisations like Rasna, Optimus Infracom. Hamdard, Parle Agro, Gillette, Perfetti etc.

With his background, he quickly understands a company’s requirements and needs, and transforms them with innovative solutions. Banking on his understanding of numbers, he knows how to bring in constructive business solutions.

Tanvi Chopra

Co-Founder

Tanvi is a conversant marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in brand management, market research, product development and corporate communications. She has been a part of various organisations like Rasna, Super Religare Laboratories, Solution Digitas and JWT.

She brings in fresh thoughts, unique insights and a bucket full of passion to the organisation. She holds a post-graduation degree in Communications from Delhi University.

Puneet Sharma

Consultant

A Management Degree holder in International Business, Puneet brings in innovative ideas and out-of-the-box ideas in areas of sales and distribution. His areas of expertise are product launch and product placement in the market.
